Capetonians will soon have access to detailed statistics reflecting crime patterns down to street level – all available at the click of a mouse. A City of Cape Town councillor has told the Cape Argus the city is working on an elaborate network which will allow the public to view these statistics online.- Smith said the City of Cape Town was “ready to roll on this (plan) in a few months”

This promise was made more than 5 years ago. When will we get the information? I believe Alderman JP Smith negates the good that many do by making empty promises like this. Where can I reach him?
It has always been our right to know, to have been taken away is a crime against all residents
Thats not the point. The oke is a politician who made promises he hasn’t followed through on.
